How do I reset my progress?

You can reset your progress by going to Settings within the app and selecting "Reset Progress". Please note that this action cannot be undone.

How do I enable Apple Intelligence for the AI companion?

The AI companion requires iOS 18.1 or later with Apple Intelligence enabled. You can enable Apple Intelligence in your device's Settings under "Apple Intelligence & Siri".

How do I manage my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To view or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All your data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to external servers. Your privacy is our top priority.

Can I export my data?

Currently, BreakChains stores all data locally on your device. If you'd like data export functionality, please let us know through the contact email above.
