AI conversation history (processed on-device only)

Our AI recovery companion uses Apple Intelligence technology:

100% On-Device Processing: All AI conversations are processed locally
No Cloud Storage: Chat history never leaves your device
Apple Intelligence Required: Requires iOS 18.1+ with Apple Intelligence enabled
Private by Design: We cannot access your conversations

Subscription Information

BreakChains uses Apple's App Store for all subscription management:

Subscription status stored securely in your device's Keychain
Payment processing handled exclusively by Apple
We do not have access to your payment information
Subscription data follows Apple's privacy policies

Data Security

Your data security is protected through:

Local Storage: All personal data remains on your device
iOS Security: Protected by iOS built-in security features

Third-Party Services

Data Deletion and Control

Reset Progress: Delete all tracking data through Settings
App Deletion: Uninstalling removes all stored data
AI Conversations: Can be cleared through app settings
No Recovery: Once deleted, data cannot be recovered

Permissions

BreakChains may request optional permissions for notifications (daily motivation) and Apple Intelligence (AI companion). All permissions can be managed through iOS Settings.

Age Restrictions

BreakChains is designed for adults (18+) seeking recovery support. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18 years of age.
